MR DIBBS TO GO TO LONDON.
London, February 4. A CABLEGRAM which has boen received stating that Mr Dibbs, Premier of New South Wales, is coming to London to inquire into matters relating to colonial finance, has caused great excitement in the city. Later.
Ciby mon want to know definitely the object of the visit of the Premier of Now South Wales to England.

It has not yet been settled whether Mr Dibbs will visit England at the close of the session. There aro sevoral matters of importance, including those rotating to finances, which could more readily be adjusted by the presence of the Premier in London than by correspondence.
