THE TREASURY BILLS.
BORROWING FACILITATED.
London, January 20. The " Times " states that if the issue of Treasury bills becomes general, borrowing, instead of being checked, will be facilitated.
The " Standard " asserts that Treasury bills are not likely to get much of a premium.
