CHAPEL-STREET SCHOOL CONCERT.

Last Friday evening the scholars of the i !i=ioel-streeb school gave an entertainment

■■■ ftich was very well patronised, the V-nnperance Hall being nearly filled. The ■ .'iidren in the lower division, under Mrs J -een, sang several songs very nicely, and action "song took well. A trio ot three weo ones, ■• 1 hree Little Forms," made one wish to •■ i k them oil', they looked so nice and sang :-vreetly. The recitations were very ■ ■'•[ rendered, with good expression ;'i feeling, especially "If I Were ■ ,\\a'x," in \vliich the children did credib .choir instructor. The dunabell exercise, • -lav Mr Brown's direction, elicited so : ; r;ii applause thab it was gone over again.
