Per Richmond, for South Sea Islauds :— 100 crates biscuits, 260 cases meats, 391 kegs beof, 505 cases and gunnies potatoes, 241 cases kerosene, 12 cases mullet, 24 cases and 12 bees butter, 120 mats and 160 boxes sugar, 80" boxes soap, 2 bales paper, 60 cases geneva, 16 cases schnapps, 100 sheep, 16 head cattle, and quantity general merchandise.
The yacht Rita is in dock for an overhaul.
The s.s. Star of Victoria lefb Wellington yesterday for London.
The s.s. Waihora lefb Wellington yesterday for Sydney with 79 passengei-3.
H.M.s. Ringarooma lefb Wellington yes terday for Auckland, via Napier and Tau yanga.
The R.M.s. Mariposa arrived afc San Prancisco from Auckland on the 26th inst., conlracb date.
The American barque Essex, Captain <Schaube, is now on her way up fco Auckland from Lyttleton with parb cargo from New York.
The s.s. Ohau leaves Dunedin next Wednesday for Auckland, via Oamaru, Timaru, and obher ports, and is due here on De-* cember 10th.
The sbeel ship Columba, ab the Queen#fcreeb Wharf, has already gob a quantity of cargo aboard for London, including somo tallow, wool, manganese, and copra trauashipped from bhe s.s. Ovalau.
The barque Norbhern Star has been .floated inbo bho Auckland Graving Dock ior extensive repairs, which will occupy aboub a week. She is sbripped, and will be completely re-caulked and' coppered all over, and refitted for sea.
To-day fche Island sfcaamer Richmond, at the Railway Wharf, finished loading for her usual South Sea cruise, Sho leaves this evening for Tonga, Samoa, Tahiti, and Rarofconga, with passengers and a very full ar-d valuable cargo of provisions, stores, timber, drapery, miscellaneous merchan■dise and live sbock.
To-day bho Amorican iron barque Star of the Easb, Captain Mitchell, was hauled oub into tho stream, laden wibh a full cargo of kauri gum and flax for New York, and was ■cleared ab the Customs. Hor freighting is a valuable one, and Captain Mitchell had his vessel in excellent brim for bhe Homo voyage. The Star will probably sail tomorrow.
