The court martial in connection 'with the accident to H.M.s. Boomerang found that the- chief stoker, Dunn, was in a certain degree to blame, and reduced his rank. Both Gowden, the chief engineer-room artificer, who was also reduced in rank, and Dunn will appeal to tho Admiralty against the finding of the court martial.
