The barque Devonporb left Hokianga yesterday for Launcosbon (Tas.). The schooner Kenilworbh lef b Newcastle Dn the 11 bh insb., for Auckland. The new s.s. Paeroa lefb here lasb evening on her maiden trip up the Thames Paver to Paeroa. The ship Waifcangi, after ballasting, sails in a day or two for Gisborne to load for London. The schooner Olive and s.s. Douglas went Into dock this morning for cleaning and overhaul. The schooner Torea is now on her way up here from Rarotonga with a cargo of copra, limejuice, etc. At the Queen-streeb Wharf the barque Helen Denny is having fair despatch with lier loading tor London. The iron barquentine Kate Tatham, 275 tons, Captain Moore, arrived this morning from Newcastle, coal-laden, nine days out. A three-masted schooner, moab probably the locally-owned vessel Yolande, Capt. Watt, from Newcastle with coals, was Signalled outside Tiri this morning. The 8.9. Pukaki, Capfc. Ewan, arrived from Sydney at noon to-day, with passengers and cargo, after a good passage of 5 days 11 hours. At the Queen-streeb Wharf this afternoon the s.s. Wainui finished her loading of stores, provisions, hardware, drapery, timber, etc., for her usual Island trip. She leaves this evening for Tonga, Samoa and Fiji. Messrs L. D. Nathan and Co. advise us thab the passengers ex R.M.s. Doric will reach Auckland per steamers Te Kapo and Australia this week from Wellington. The cargo and periodicals will coma forward per the Australia.
