THE BOULOGNE CONFERENCE. O'BRIEN AND THE LEADER. SHIP. tt London", October 16. Tim Healy, M.P., threatens to make startling disclosures in reference to the conferenceat Boulogne between Parnell and O'Brien. o'Brien,in a letter to the " Freeman's Journal," says that the Boulogne conference of Parnellites consented first to Mr Dillon and afterwards to himself taking the leadership of the party. He publishes a letter ol thanks from Parnell for the manner in which he had carried on negotiations on the subject.
