A GOOD PASSAGE.

After a very good run of 19 days 18 hours 51 ininutea, pilofe to pilot, from San Francisco, the 0.6.5. Company's smart mailsteamer Alameda, 3,000 tone, Caps. H. G. Moree, arrived in port at 8.30 a.m. to-day, being brought in by Pilot Sainty and smartly berthed at the Q.ueen-streeb Wharf. The steamers's voyage from 'Frisco by way of Honolulu and Tutuila was in the main a very pleasant one, tine weather and smooth seas being experienced from the Californian coasb till within the last two or threo days, in 23deg. south lat., where strong E.S.E. breezes with rough seas were encouutered and continued to port. The Alameda lefb San Francisco at 5 p.m. on tbe 28th ulfc., stopped for pilot at Honolulu at 8 a.m. on t.'io sth inst., discharged the pilot at 11.45 p.m. same day ; stopped oil Tuouila on the 12th at 6 a.m. ; sailed from Tufcuila for Auckland ab 7.30 a.ra. same day, finally shipping the Auckland pilot at 0.18 a.m. to-day. On this trip the" Alameda brings 9 saloon and 5 steerage passengers for Auckland, and 29 saloon and 33 steerage passengers for Sydney, and has also a considerable quantity of general cargo for this port and Sydney.
