Timartj, this day* Is consequence of Judge Denniaton'e reading of the Act, the local Charitable Aid Board have instructed their solicitors to prepare an Amending Bill to substitute for clause 77, a definite provision as to the liability of districts to maintain destitute persons going to other districts for relief. The South Canterbury members will bo requested to support) the amendment this session.
