Nonsuit. —Edward Hodgson v. Hugh Shortland, claim for 19_ 6d, supplies on defendant's order.—Mr E. W. Burton appeared for tho plaintiff, who was nonsuited, as bhe promise to pay was when the money arrived from Home, and defendanb was acting «s solicitor for another. Claim fok Rates.—Devonport Borough Council v. Isabella Brassey, claim £4 15s for rates. —Mr Devore appeared for plahibiff., and Mr Burton for defendant.—Judgment was given for the plaintiffs, with costs £1 lis. JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASES. Arthur Prince.— Claim, £3 12s.—This case was withdrawn after evidence had been taken. James Whinray v. Chari.es Edgar sued as L. E.Edgar in theGi.-borneCourt.—Claim £4 5s lid. This information was dismissed. John Roberts v. Thomas Hemmings. — Claim £2 4s Bd. Defendanb waa ordered to pay 2s 6d per week.
