THE CZAR'S EYES OPENED.
HE FORBIDS BRUTALITY. St. Peteksburg, June 9. The Czar has been made aware of the brutality with which the edict for the Jewish expulsion has been carried out. He is much incensed at the atrocities committed in his name, and has given strict orders that moderation is to be the rule in future dealings with the Jews.
