ARDMORE.
The following were elected a Committee for the ensuing year:—Messrs T\ L. Stevens, P. Maguire, G. W. Reed, H. J. Hawken, H. Henderson, J. H. Mullins (Chairman), and John Henderson.
Nelson, bhis day. An attempt was made by tin incendiary last night to burn down the new unoccupied building belonging to T. Campbell, in Bronte-street. The incendiary had poured kerosene through an opening left for a window and droppod some lighted paper afterwards. Fortunately it did not burn through the floor, which is, however, much charred.
