THE MANIPUR REVOLT.
HOW THE MASSACRE OCCURRED.
Calcutta, May 2. The Manipuris slate that bhe chief Sena putty, after a durbar, signalled the mas taero of the British.
Mr Greenwood, British Resident at Mani pur, was stabbed in the back, and then be headed.
Mr Quinton, Chief Commissioner at Assam, Lieutenant-Colonel Skene, and the buglers were beheaded.
