BRITISH STEAMER FIRED ON.
THE CARGO SEIZED.
Capetown, April 20. The Portuguese to-day fired upon the British steamer Agnes, which was conveying pioneers of the Willoughby expedition to Mashonaland, and seized the vessel's cargo.
