THE RECIPROCITY QUESTION.

It has been agreed to renew negotia" tions for reciprocal arrangements between Canada and the States on Octo" ber 25.
Washington, April 13.
The President and Secretary Blame have disagreed over the question of Canadian reciprocity, and it is expected that Mr Blame will contest the next Presidential election.
