THE POSTAL CONFERENCE.

Sir E. C. N. Braddon (Agent-General for Tasmania), Sir Graham Berry (Victoria), Sir J. F. Garrick (Queensland), and Sir F. Dillon Bell (New Zealand) have been appointed to represent their respective Governments at the Postal Conference which opens in Vienna in May.
