UNDEFENDED CASES.
Judgment was given for the plaintiffs in the following ease? :— Sharland and Co. v. Isidore D. Mandel, claim £16 10s ; W. S. Whitloy v. Charles Hopkins, claim £5 7s 3d ; F. Hewin and Brother v. Frederick J. Watty, claim £1 7s 9d ; Edward Bowles v. Edward Carroll, claim 19s 6d : John Howard Dalton v. Charles ITovill, claim £5 10s. DEFENDED CASTS. William Nelson was ordered to pay £7 12s due a3 rent and to give up possession of a tenement belonging to John 11. Skinner within a fortnight from Saturday. Judgment was given for tho plaintiii for 7s 6d, with costs 6s, in the ca*e of Win. Olliver v. Albert Spencer. Tho claim waa for 9s cartage. Mr Baumo appeared fur defendant. Credit was allowed for 6s paid into Court.
