THE SHIP WAIROA.

Tho ship Opawa, at Lyttelton from London last week, reported speaking on December 10, in latitude ldeg 23mm JN. and longitude 28deg 3min E., the ship "Wairoa from Lyttelton to London. Capt. Bungard reported that he was then seventy-five days out ; that he had very bad weather to Cape Horn and in one heavy gale he lost his boats and other movables about the decks, besides carrying away the topgallant sails. The Wairoa was in Auckland not long ago in charge of Capt BunIgard.
