COURT-MARTIALLED.
AN OFFICER IN TROUBLE. DISMISSED FROM H.M.S. PENQUIN. Hobart, this day. A court-martial has just been held here by Admiral Scott and staff on Lieutenant Moore, of H.M. surveying vessel Penguin. He was charged with writing a letter making frivolous and unfounded, charges against a superior officer. The finding of the court-martial is that he forfeit five months' seniority and be dismissed from the Penguin.
