It is hereby notified that we have this day disposed of the Good-will and Stock-in-Trade of our business of Shipping Brokers and Agents, Grain, Produce, and General Merchants, to Messrs. Thomas Lovell White and John Bennett, who will henceforth carry on the business under the style and title of STONE BROS. & CO., And will be responsible for all debts contracted by them under such title from this date. We also give notice that Messrs White and Bennett are hereby authorised to Collect all Debts now owing to us. and that receipts given by them will be sufficient discharge.
