At the Tasmanian Racing Club's meebing yesterday, bhe following was the result of
The Hobart Cup, a handicap of 300sovs, second horse 50sovs out of stakes. One mile and a-half. Mr J. Kearney's Lapstone 1 Mr M. Davies' Hopetoun 2 Mr J. Kearney's Compeer 3 Lapstone won easily.
