It is stated that the Cabinet are reconsidering thoir dc termination to meet Parliament as they are, and some changes in the per- % sonne l of bhe Ministry may be made before the session opens. It is also stated that Sir W Fitzberbert will resign the Speakership of the Legislative Council, but bhe Government have bad no intimabion of his intention.
