TEA /PIROCERY EA IXROCERY. Christmas timo, holiday-making, and picnic parties are coming along, when dainty food and stimulating; beverages must be provided for the requirements of this time-honoured season. My ample supply of Fruits and Spices, when introduced into cakes and puddings properly lightened with that wonderful explosive, Tarawera | Baking Powder, will make the most sombreminded boy or girl fall into an ecstasy, and the parents frantic with delight at the discovery they have made. Times of late have not been in favour of excessive joviality ; so, if you wish an inspiration to enable you to put crooked things straight and yourself on the road to prosperity, be sure and provide my excellent Coffees for the breakfast table, and ray "Rich Brown Tea" for the evening: meal. To provide for a noonday want, I am in advice of a shipt merit of specially-prepared Trinidad Cocoa, pure and with the fat carefully taken out of it, which I purpose packing in tho colony or sellins: in quantities to suit buyers. The active principle in tea being void of colour and taste, is difficult of recognition ; so uneducated dealers palm off high colour and pungency for this all-important factor—the real charm to poor women and studious men.
