THE PARNELL FRACAS.
London, December 1-
The Irish leagues in London are unanimously in favour of Parnell. Glasgow and Liverpool are divided. Many of the leading branches in Ireland uphold Parnell's speech, which was very passionate, and did not allow any reference to the divorce. This resulted in a series of hot encounters with Healy and others.
