WAITEMATA.
Mr R. Monk addressed the electors at Belensville on Saturday evening last. Xhere was a large attendance of electors, and Mr Reynolds occupied bhe chair. At the conclusion of his address, Mr Monk having deprecated votes of contidence, a vote of thanks was carried unanimously on the motion of Mr Isaac McLeod. The friends and supporters of Mr Jackson Palmer are invited to attend a meeting in the ante-room of the Devonport Hall tomorrow evening, for the purpose of forming a strong Committee with the objecD of Securing the candidate's return.
