FIRE AT MORNINGTON.

Dunkdin, this day. A wise-boomed house ab Morniogton owned by Sergb. -Major Bevin and occupied by Mjr Krauae, a despajtch clerk in the Telegraph Department, was burned down early this morning. The premises were insured in the Equitable for £400 and tbe furniture in the National for £500. The fire was caueed by the explosion of a defective lamp.
