May Queen. — The manager reporbs : " Crushing is proceeding with ten head of stampers. About 120 loads of quartz have been broken oub. Lasb Wednesday a change of country was meb with bub the manager hopes to again pick up No. 4 reef easb after a fe tr feeb further driving. The reef iv the stops averages from 12 to 18 inches in thickness."
Cambria.—The manager reports thab the past week aboub six feeb of tbe main reef was broken out wibh the result thab six pounds of picked sbono were obtained. Tbe leader in the intermediate level shows gold probtv freely. During bhe past week, seven or eight pounds of picked stone were obtained from the second sbope on No. 7, western branch.
Trenton.—The manager reports thaba strong break has been interpreted in bhe drive, easb of the junction, which has discovered bhe lode. A greab improvement has taken place in the rise on the footwall lode above No. 4 level.
Surplus.—The manager telegraphed today : " 51b picked stone from No. 4 reef, drive south,"
