FIRE AT NELSON.

Nelson, this day. Early this morning John Scott's Planing and Saw Mills, Trafalgar-street North, were totally destroyed by fire, the flames having secured a firm hold before • the alarm was given. The loss in jaachinery, timber, planes, etc., is estimated at £300. The whole of the premises were insured in the National for £600, of which only £100.was on portion destroyed,
