A meeting of shareholders in the Son*; venir mine was held to-day in Mr D. G.i MacDonnell's office, when Mr W. Caronj presided. It was resolved to form the hold-, ing into a Company of 50,000 shares at sa: each, nil paid tip. Messrs H. T. Gorrie, W. Caron, J. Hobarfc, Edward Sandeman, and] M. Kelly were elected directors, and Mr, MacDonnell was appointed Secretary. The v minestarte with £300 in hand, together with 10,000 shares reserved for the Com-' pany. It is situated at Hape Creek, not' far from the Consols. < Voters ehould turn their attention to the electoral roll, and see that their names are' on. Voting papers to be had at the Sta# Office. The rolls are now being made up. '
