EXCELSIOR G.M. CO.
A meetikg of shareholders in the Excelsior Licensed Holding, Tararu, was held yesterday afternoon in the office of Mr D. G. MacDonnell. There was a large attendance, Mr W. Gorrie being voted to the chair. It was decided to form the holding: into. » company, to bo called *"« E . X( f_ B, °£t with P nominal capital of £ 2,500, in 50,000 shares at 5s each, nil paid up. Of this number 5,000 to be reserved for the Company. Messrs W. Gome, W. Curran, J. Auckland, J. Mackay, £ Speers were appointed directors, and Mr D; G. MacDonnell secretary. It was decided to adopt the articles of associate and form the Company under thefining Companies Act, 1882. The Excelsior mine isText the Norfolk, and has good prospects of success in the future.
