MASTERS AND ENGINEERS.
A private meeting of members of the Auckland Masters' and Engineers' Harbour and TRiver Service Association was hold at pho Workibgmen's Club on Saturday evenl "R. \ There was a large attendance. After considerable discussion a fixed scale of wages was agreed upon, and the hours of labour for members were fixed. The decisions on those subjects are to basubmitbedto the shipowners during bhe week for their consideration.
