Dear Sir,—Wo embrace this opportunity of congratulating you upon the wide-spread reputation this justly-esteemed medicine. Dr. J. Collis Browne's Olilorodyne, has earned for itself, not only in Hindostun, but all over the East. A. s a remedy for general utility, we much question whether a better is imported into the country, and wo shall be glad to hear of its finding a place in every AngloIndian home. The other brands, we are happy to say. are now relegated, to tho native bazaars, and, judging, from their sale, we fancy their foiourn there will bo evanescent. We could multiply instances ad iniinituvi of the extraordinary erticacy of Dr. Collis Browne's Chlorodyno in Diarrhoea and Dytfentetfy, Spasms, Cramps, Neuralgia, the Vdmiting of Pregnancy, and as a general sedative, that havo occurred under our personal observation during many years. In Choleraic Diarrhosa, and even in the more terrible forms of Cholera itself. We nave witnessed its surprisingly controlling power. We have never used any other form of this medicine than Collis Browne's, froifa a firm , conviction that it is decidedly the best* and also from a sense of duty we owe to the profession and the public, as we are of opinion that tho substitution of any other than Collis Browne's is a DELIBERATE BREACH Off FAITH ON THK PART OF TIIE CHEMIST TO" PBKBCRIBE AND patient alike.—We are, sir, faithfully yours, Symes and Co., Members of the Pharm. Society of tSrcat Britain, His Excellency tho Viceroy's Chemists. CAUTION.—Vioe-Chancellor Sir W. Page Wood stated that Dr. J. Collis Browne was, undoubtedly, the Inventor of Chlovodyne; thatthe story of the defendant Freeman wae deliberately untrue, which, he regreteed- to say, had been sworn to.—See " The Times," July 13,1864. • Sold in bottles at Is W, 2a 9d, 4s , 6d. and 11s each. Dear Sir,—l am a poor hand at expressing my feelings oh paper, but I should like to thank you, for your lozenges have done wonders for me in relieving my terrible cough. Since I had the operation of 'Tracheotomy , (the same as the late Emperor of Germany, and, unlike him, thank God, I am still alive and getting on well), performed at St. Bartholomew's Hospital for abduci., or paralysis of vocal chords, no one could possibly_ have had a more Violent opugh ; indeed, it was so bad at times that it quite exhausted me. ' The mucus also, which was Very" copious and hard, has been softened, and I have been able to get rid of.it withoutdlfflculty. —I am, sirs, youra truly, J. Hiii. Mr T. Keating." ■ •■ ■ ■ . MEPICAL NOTE. The above speaks for itself. From strict inquiry it appears that the beneiit from using Keating s Cough liozenges is understated. The operation was a specially eevere ouo, and' was performed rby tho specialist, inf. H. T. Butlin, of St; Bartholomew's Hospital. Sinco the operation the only hieans of relief is the use of these Lozenges. - So successful are they that one affords immediate benefit, although from the nature of the case the throat irritation is intense. Mr Hill kindly allows any reference to be made to him. RyjTEATING'S COUGH LOZ&NGES. p.fEATING'3 COUGH LOZENGSSS. «#EATING'S COUGH LOZENGES. SWEATING'S COUGH LOZENGES. ' Sold everywhere in tins'.
