DANGER

Few weeks nowadays pass by but what the community is startled by the intelligence that some prominent citizen has been struck down by sickness or disease. The constant; strain on the nerves and the cerebral blood vessels caused by continual attention to work, thought and business mast tell its tale in the end ; the constant worry of the struggle for existence will break up the most robust constitution. Dr. Allen McLane, the recognised authority of the United States on cerebral disease, states that insanity is largely on the increase through the continual wear and tear; that he frequently has cases under his care, solely due-to extreme mental fatigue. The practice of taking alcoholic stimulants to ensure a false energy is most baleful, and generally roeuitS'in disease of the blood vessels and finally paresis. / With such facts storing you in the face, and the medical profession powerless to grapple with the case, nothing can be done bub have recourse to a reliable remedy like ififflviENTS , Tonic. This article has proved itself the greatest remedy ever produced for sufferers from nervous diseases and the effects of overwork or other debilitating causes. Clements' Tonic is prescribed by the profession, because it knows that recovery invariably follows its use, that its uniform composition is the greatest security for sufferers, and that its pharmaceutical perfection and therapeutical efficacy can always be relied on. Mr P. J. Wallace writes from his residence. Kangaroo Valley, N.s.w. Dear Sir, —I have very much pleasure in bearing witness to the great value of Clements' Tonic in cases of Lassitude, Nervousness, and Constitutional Debility generally. For more than twelve months I was a martyr to extreme lassitude, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, and their concomitant train of physical troubles, so much so that I feared I should have to abandon my profession as a journalist, writing being particularly irksome and laborious to me. I tried several advertised tonics (?) with little or no good result, and began to think my case beyond the power of medicine to cure. However, seeing Clements' Tonic advertised in some ot my exchanges, I concluded to try it as a " dernier resort," and I am pleased to say the result was most satisfactory. After taking one bottle I found my appetite much improved ; I could sleep more soundly, and felt refreshed nextmorning. I continued the medicine, taking in ail six large bottles, and gradually all my distressing symptoms disappeaerd. I now feel myself stronger than ever, and as near perfect health as a man who has to bear the strain of constant literary work can expect to be. I can confidently recommend Clements' Tonic to all persona suffering from Joss of nerve force through sickness or mental overwork, and am most happy to supporb my testimony with my signature. --Yours faithfully, P. Jefferson Wallace. This is only one out of the hundreds of similiar endorsements we are constantly receiving.—F. M. CLEMENTS, Newtown, , N.S.W.
