_ Tins caso was proceeding ab the Supreme Courb all day. Mr Mahony opened the case for the defence this morning, and since then Mr Patrick Glee.on, bhe defendanb, has been under examination. We are compelled by pressure of space to hold over our report of tho proceedings.
