I, Frederick John William Gascoyne, Sheriff of the District of Auckland, hereby give notice that under a Writ of Sale auiy issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wellington District, and directed to me, wherein Frank Morton Ollivier, as plaintiff (whose solicitors are Messrs Brown, Skerrett and Dean, of Wellington).hath recovered judgment against' John Gwynneth tho elder, and John Gwynneth the younger, who are the defendants, I havo taken in execution all that piece or parcel of land containing 100 acres more or less, and being allotments 149 and 150 of the Parish of Waioeka, County of Opotiki; also, that piece or parcel 0-land, containing2s acres-more or less, being allotment 274, in the Parish of Waiotahi, County of Opotiki, belonging to John Gwynneth the younger. I shall cause the said land to be sold by auction, at 2 o'clook on the 14th day of July, 1890, at the Auction. Room of Mr E. P.
