THE POSTMEN'S GRIEVANCE.
London, July 9. The men belonging to the Postmen's Union have ejected the blacklegs who were working the parcels department. Barricades have been hastily erected in the letter department for the protection of the blacklegs. The delivery of mails, which has had in many cases to be abandoned, has now been resumed on Cecil Raikes promising to remove the blacklegs ponding the settlement of the general claims. LATER.
