THE PROSPERITY.

The brigantine Prosperity, 122 tons, Captain Harwood, made this port to-day from Sydney, with a cargo of 160 tons coal and 100 kegs powder. She anchored ot the powder-ground. She made the. run across from Sydney in twelve days, and had strong southerly winds and high sea to the North Cape. On the 28th ultimo, two days out, she passed a large quantity of drift timber, evidently a vessel'sdeck-load, probably that of the Brunette, barque, which reached Sydney from Whangaroa, damaged, lasb week.
