4 Mr David Christie Murray has intimated his intentian of being present at the conversazione to-night, and will probably speak. The annual report and balance-sheet of the Bank of New South will be found in another part of this evening's issue. It is & gratifying return of the year's operations, showing a net profit after making every allowance of £118,702. A dividend and bonus equal to 17_ per cent, are declared, and several large sums carried to various accounts. The reserve fund now stands at the magnificent sum of £950,000.
