Per Eleanor Morton, for Noumea: 7° kegs beef, 1 ton potatoes. ■_ The barque Lcongana has just left Newcastle coal-laden for Auckland. H.M.s. Rambler, for Cbitia, left Brisbane on the 14th inst. H.M.s. Raven, for an Island cruise, le" Brisbane on Thursday last. • The s.s. Waihora does not leave for the South until to-morrow at noon. The schooner Lily goes hence in ballas* to Oamaru, where she loads for Napier. The easterly gale still prevents a number of outward-bound vessels from leaving port. The topsail schooner Kenilworth, at the Railway Wharf, has started to load up with sawn timber for Hobart. The barques Northern Chief and Devonport sail for Hokianga in ballast as soon as the weather moderates. The barque Presto, Captain McKenzie left Sydney on Tuesday for Hokianga, to load a cargo of kauri back. The brigantine Prosperity, laden with 100,000 ft of sawn kauri for Sydney, leaves the Thames to-day. The three-masted schooner Adelaide leaves the Thames to-day for Sydney with 160,000 feet of sawn timber. The barque Rose M., Captain McGeehan, is loading at Newcastle for Wellington this trip, instead of for Auckland as usual. The steamer Waihora, Capt. J. Anderson, left Sydney at 5.30 p.m. on the 16bh, had a fine-weather trip across to the North Cape, and arrived here at 7.30 o'clock last night. At the Railway Wharf the brigantine Sarah Pile has taken in her cargo for her trip down to Rarotonga, Tahiti, and elsewhere. She is now owned by Messrs C. F. James and Co. The cutter Eleanor Morton, 25 tons register, has cleared outwards for Noumea (New Caledonia) and the New Hebrides, with some provisions and stores. Captain Donald McLeod takes her away to Noumea, en route for Havannah Harbour, as soon as the heavy weather moderates. The cutter will remain in the inter-island trade, and is not likely to return to Auckland.
