Mr Saint Maur is a & g Wy Sed actor Miss Florence Seymour has exceptional abilities and possesses the power ot completely carrying her audience with her, and commanding their sympathies both in her joys and Sorrows and those two are backed up to a remarkably able company. Mr St. Mattr hblv sustained a character than which there ban be few more difficult to successfully act Of Miss Florence Seymour we cannot speak in tdo iiigh terms. The masterpiece not only of her own acting but of the whole dia-nn, was when by an accident ehe discovered who was the writer of the forged letters. Not a word wae spoken by her as she eat ab her desk and compared one handwriting with another, but not a word was necessary to show what was passing through her mind, as the awful fact dawned upon her. For nearly a.couple of minutes she held her audience enthralled as they watched her silent agony. It was a splendid piece of powerful acting, and there is no need to refer any further to the manner in which Miss Seymour performed her toost trying part. The other actors are deserving of high praise for their contributions to the complete success of the thrilling drama." ; , " .■■..--..'.■.■•■' ■'
