MEETING IN LONDON,

London, April 17. A meeting of workmen representing various trades societies interested in the proposed Eight Hours Celebrntions, held a stormy meeting at the Chamber of Commerce last night. It was eventually resolved that twelve trades should be represented on the Celebration Committee. A manifesto has been issued by the London Trades TJniops, that May Ist will be unsuiublo for tho holding , of the proposed Eight Hours' Demonstration at Hydo Park. The following Sunday is suggested aa a suitable time..
