Blenheim, bhis day,
The polico yesterday prosecuted a worna n named Freeholder for vagrancy and for kosping a disorderly house. The Justice held the vagrancy proved on the ground of prostitution being an unlawful means of support. Ho held the second charge also proved, the house being shown to be bhe resort of thieves, and the Bench sentenced the accused to one month on each charge, the sentences to be concurrent. At the request of counsel the Bench made the term a month and a day to give the accused the right to appeal. For larceny Johr. Doyle, -circus hand, gob three months for stealing • ewb from the Masonic flov.e!.
