Witness ran after him and brought, him back. The man said it was the first; time he had done it, and asked to "be let on. He said that he wanted something to eat.— Charles Brown, law clerk, deposed to seeingj the man patting the mug in his pocket.— Constable Addison deposed to taking fcbe, man into custody.
