THIS DAY,
Ru H, A. Hitohens. —Motion for closing the bankruptcy in this case was allowed to stand over for the present. Re Alex. Hanson.—Mr Cave moved that bankruptcy bo closed, and order was granted. - Re S. S. Graham.—This case was treated as the last.
Rβ George Thomas.—On the motion of Mr Cave this bankruptcy was declared closed. Orders of Discharge,— Be R. D. Giles, Mr Humphreys mover for orderof discharge and the application was granted. Discharge was granted on the motion of Mr Alexander in the case of S. S. Graham. The cases of W. H. Clark and Hugh Fulton were ordered to stand over for a week.
