WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
Loxliox, June 26.
Sir F. N. Broome. Governor of Western Australia, has written a long letter to the "Times" in which he argues that the Constitutional Bill passed by the Legislative Council of Western Australia is entirely misunderstood in England, and he expresses a hope that its immediate passage will not be prevented. The *" Daily News," referring to the question of granting responsible government to West Australia, declares that the Bill drawn up by Lord Knutsford materially restricts the disposal of land in that colony.
