At the banco sittings of the Supreme Court this morning the following cases were called : M. Keals v. Anderson and another, for argument of questions of law. Mr Button applied for an adjournment for one week, which was granted. North New Zealand Farmers' Association v. Arthur Heather. Mr Button moved to set aside certain payments made to A. Heather. He stated that this case was on the eve of settlement, and asked for a week's adjournment, which was agreed to.
