The Czarewitch has passed through Berlin without visiting the Emperor Emperor William, and the " Cologne Gazette " looks upon this as evidence of estrangement.
Paris, June 25.
The Speech of the Emperor of Austria, at the opening of the Delegators, has had the effect of depressing the Bourses.
St. Petersburg, June 25.
The Czar has publicly snubbed the Italian Ambassador for his German sympathies.
Vienna, June 25.
The Emperor Francis Joseph has privately assured the Austrian delegates that peace will not be disturbed. The press and public, however, consider the situation too disquieting to give immediate prospects/of peace.
