A SINGULAR CHARGE.

Gissorne, this day. At the Police Court, this morning, George Wigs, master of the schooner Awarua, wa s charged with trespass and refusing to leave the schooner when requested to do so. The Act provided for wilful trespass, bub the information read, " unlawful trespass," and the information was dismissed on this defect.
