GENERAL BOULANGER.
EXPULSION FROM 33ELGIUM.
London, April 21. It is stated that the Belgian Cabinet have notified General Boulanger that they were about to issue a warrant for his expulsion from Belgium, and that Boulanger and his friends will come on to London on Tuesday.
