ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO BE MADE.
London, November 27.
The "Standard" states that the Cabinet has decided not to insist upon Sir H. A, Blake's appointment to the Governorship of Queensland, and that the post has been offered to a gentleman holding a high position, but who has had no previous colonial experience.
